The doctors and staff of Cornerstone Medical Group proudly honor the life and legacy of Mae Johnson, APRN. Her unwavering dedication to patient care, compassion for others, and commitment to excellence enriched our practice and touched countless lives for nearly 30 years.

Through every patient cared for, every family comforted, and every colleague encouraged, Mae exemplified the very best of the nursing profession.

Mae brought exceptional clinical knowledge, dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion to every patient encounter.

Her commitment went far beyond providing medical care – she listened with empathy, offered hope during difficult moments, and treated every person with dignity and respect. Mae’s steady presence made a lasting difference in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

For those of us who had the privilege of working alongside Mae, we will remember more than her accomplishments. We will remember her calm reassurance during challenging times, her willingness to mentor and support others, her clever sense of humor, and the respect she showed to every member of our team.

While we deeply mourn this profound loss, we also celebrate a life devoted to service. Mae’s influence will continue through the patients she cared for, the colleagues she inspired, and the lasting example she set for all who follow in her footsteps.

We are grateful for the time we shared with Mae. Her absence will be deeply felt in our hallways, conversations, and daily work. It has been an honor to call her our colleague. We will honor Mae’s extraordinary contributions and carry forward the compassion and excellence she brought to work each day. Mae’s legacy will continue to inspire us as we care for one another and for every patient who walks through our doors.

We extend our deepest sympathy to Mae’s family and loved ones. We hope they find comfort in knowing that Mae was deeply respected, sincerely admired, and will always be remembered with gratitude and affection by all of us fortunate enough to have worked beside her.
