This is why LIVE STREAMING cardiac monitoring matters.

Using Specialized Medical’s live-streaming ECG system, our monitoring team identified and reported multiple serious-level arrhythmia's in a timely manner, including:

Ventricular Tachycardia
VTACH runs
Atrial Fibrillation
Sinus Tachycardia
Supraventricular Tachycardia
Pauses
2nd Degree AV Block
3rd Degree AV Block

These events are exactly why delayed data, manual uploads, and incomplete monitoring are not enough for today’s cardiac patients and practices.

At Specialized Medical, our system is built to help physicians receive meaningful, timely information so they can make informed clinical decisions faster.

Specialized Medical captured a critical cardiac event in real time.

This patient had a double sinus pause, with two pauses occurring only 12 minutes apart. Our monitoring team captured both ECGs and reported them within minutes, giving the provider timely information to help determine that the patient may be a candidate for a pacemaker.

This is exactly why live-streaming cardiac monitoring matters: faster visibility, faster reporting, and faster clinical decision-making.

After many years of running this business, I keep noticing patterns / bundles of more serious heart arrhythmia's. The first pattern I noticed was during holidays which I relate to stress (very evident) but the other bundles of activity I have had a hard time correlating.. but recently I have figured it out.. Increased Heart arrhythmia's correlate with the sun's solar activity! Such as with Solar Flares.. I then researched it and am finding several published articles about this. I have posted the past few months of our most serious heart arrhythmia's that we captured from patients and if you look around 07/23/2022 there is a significant increase in arrhythmia activity.. this correlates with a pretty decent solar activity at the same period. Here is also a pretty extensive study / article I found about this as well. Pretty interesting information.

This is the story of Specialized Medical monitoring a 80 year old male patient located in Arizona. The patient went to his Cardiologist complaining of occasional light headed / dizziness episodes and occasionally passing out. Specialized Medical was tasked to begin monitoring the patient on 01/03/2022 for several days using our LIVE STREAMING Cardiac Telemetry type test, on 01/05/2022 Specialized Medical captured a heart pause 11.6 seconds in duration also known as a sinus pause or arrest where there are pauses of 3 seconds or more without atrial activity. This patient was sent to the hospital and will have a pacemaker implemented to solve the issue. We also captured Ventricular tachycardia (VT or V-tach) is a type of abnormal heart rhythm, or arrhythmia. It occurs when the lower chamber of the heart beats too fast to pump well and the body doesn't receive enough oxygenated blood.
