Namaste BeUtiful BEings, and Happy AUGUST!! My BeUtiful friends, we are entering a powerful container for transformation this month, one that will certainly be very interesting as the paradigm shift continues!

Since the beginning of 2026, we have been talking about and experiencing a great paradigm shift from 4th dimensionality to 5th Dimensional BEingness. This has been an all-encompassing inner and outer reframe of who we are, what matters to us, how we relate to our world, our whole relationship to life, how we channel our power and love, and where we choose to put our energy moving forward. This evolution into our higher nature has been no joke, and layer by layer we have been evolving who we are and how we BE, peeling away the old ways and discovering and integrating new inner technology.

The Summer Eclipse two months ago kicked the process of dismantling old consciousness into even higher gear, causing deeply embedded patterns of fear and victimhood to rise to the surface for transmutation. Our 4D outer realities have been manifesting these limited beliefs and creating experiences mirroring the lack of power, agency, and authority that resonate with those lower vibrations. We’ve been exposed to these fears recently in order to see how this has been playing out and to learn what changes and new choices need to take place to operate from our newly activating 5D Violet Ray operating systems – our Twin Flame essence – the inner source of RIGHT empowerment, benevolent leadership, and mighty Love.

I am feeling excited to throw myself into the big waves of big energy that August promises including the Lion’s Gate Portal (8/8), the upcoming solar eclipse (on the 12th) and the lunar eclipse (on the 27th/28th). Eclipses always bring in opportunities to shut down and reboot parts of our inner world, and with the Lion’s Gate energy still percolating in the ethers, we have the chance this month to take big leaps into new territory and maybe even some surprise overhauls.

I always find that eclipse season requires us to practice strong intentionality partnered with paying extra attention to where the flow wants to take you. This year we have to keep an eye out for the flow just as much in our inner depths as we do in the outer collective. It’s also wise to approach August’s alchemy like an abundance attunement, and this year I feel especially inspired to ask curious and innocent questions around the energy of abundance, to get to know it newly, and 5D-ally!

I welcome you to do the same! In fact, tuning into the energy, power, meaning, presence, and essence of 5D Abundance will be our BEing U theme for August!

Speaking of Abundance brewing, have you noticed a new potential stirring in your soul space lately? I have been intuitively sensing something new about to emerge in terms of new power, new energy, new soul-level goodness. I truly believe this month’s cosmic influences are primed to send us spiritually into labor, so to speak.

Namaste BeUtiful BEings, and Happy JULY!!

I am aware that I am entering this month feeling about as ungrounded, twirly-swirly, and unwritten as I have even been in my life, and simultaneously so filled to the brim and overflowing with energy that I can’t think straight. My head is in the clouds taking a vacation from my over-active senses. My heart is feeling wide open with surprisingly little need for a bunch of heavy shields, my ambition is revving up while my momentum is in serious idle-mode, I both want to hug the whole world and solve all its perfect imperfections, AND I want to just linger in my post-birthday bliss for a few more weeks.

The one thing I know for sure is that the new paradigm has arrived. Actually, it brings more clarity to the demo job of the OLD paradigm, which was completed by the Summer Solstice that came through like a Cat 5 hurricane to make way for the new paradigm. By a change in paradigm, I mean to say that our individual way of BEing is being overhauled, and correspondingly, our life experiences are also being dismantled from the old patterns and are beginning to manifest the new patterns based on new higher beliefs, new agreements, new access to higher self (5D) consciousness – mostly things we are not consciously aware of, but which I am sure you are sensing on deeper levels.

Since LAST YEAR’s Summer Solstice, as in since June of 2025, everything has changed within us! This includes our likes and dislikes, where we feel like we want to spend our time, what matters most to us, what feels purposeful and important, our sense of identity, how we experience our sense of power, how we express our free will, our energy levels, how we tune in to life around us, the roles we play interpersonally, our sense of Self, our internal operating system, how we experience joy and pleasure and what we love or don’t love, our priorities, our center of internal gravity - our North - has changed. It’s all changed! My Alchemy is all over the place, and all that once grounded and secured and fit for me feels useless, absent, or inefficient. Even my sense of Belonging is completely disoriented, and I could go on and on with paradigm shifting symptoms, but I’ll just say again, literally, everything has changed this year within our BEingness, and it has been very disorienting, challenging, and liberating… and that’s just on the individual level!

On the collective level, there has been an equally vast and omnipresent change in the world around us and it’s getting really obvious that our old ways of relating, collaborating, and creating together aren’t working anymore, and that a new way of BEIng together needs to emerge, one that builds unity through individuality instead of similarity, one that invites all players to be self-responsible and accountable, and that invites us to learn how to hold resonance and coherence together, and which is rooted in compassion, benevolence, consciousness, intentionality, integrity, authenticity, and shared virtue. I don’t mean to lecture. I just see the potential for a better BEingness movement, which I realize is a marathon, not a sprint, and we’re just getting warmed up.

The present challenge is that there is simply so much new energy to digest and integrate that we are going to just take July nice and easy together. We’ll slowly slow the spinning down and ground into this new paradigm one day at a time. If you’re all over the place like I am, I want you to know that it’s normal to be feeling like you got tossed out of a spiritual washing machine just in time to get run over by a bulldozer. It’s normal post Solstice to experience effects like not knowing which way is up, and “IT’S ALL RIGHT!” – our theme for BEING U for July!!

It's ALL RIGHT we’re changing. It’s ALL RIGHT to not have all the answers. It’s even ALL RIGHT that the old paradigm’s stuff is surfacing right now in a big way for transmutation – like have you noticed that whole world seems to be dealing with righteous indignation and victimhood patterns? These things are coming to the surface right now in order to transmute old paradigms of powerlessness that come from unconsciously transactionalizing our power for egoic survival – thanks goes to Pluto in Retrograde for this one! It’s ALL RIGHT that the saga continues to create a new 5D Violet Era paradigm. And now Mercury is in Retrograde to boot…don’t get me started on how more mis-communication right now would be SOOOOO helpful…. But It’s ALL RIGHT.

We are strong and brilliant and soulful and good loving capable human BEings, and while the Shift aftermath feels tumultuous, I believe in the LIGHT inside of each and every one of us. I know in my deepest truth your higher Self is guiding you home to itself, and that is better than ALL RIGHT! It’s the path to everything. None of us is powerless or alone! And that’s part of the shift too. Coming back into alignment with RIGHT Self, RIGHT Power, RIGHT Love. ALL that is RIGHT.

I should have said this sooner, but I am so excited to actually be arriving into this new paradigm with you. I count us amongst the few luckiest souls on the planet to have awareness about what’s going on and of what this means on a greater level. I truly know in the core of who I AM, that everything we are experiencing right now, truly is ALL RIGHT. It is all under the jurisdiction of a loving Divine Directive that is maneuvering us through and partnering with us at every turn. If you have challenges, look closely and see how you are being shown exactly what has taken away your sense of Self, your sense of power and authority, and your right to be you, and then, TAKE IT BACK!! You, as you truly are, not as you’ve learned to be to please others or to fit in, are exactly what this world needs. So be brave and do the integration work that you are being gifted right now. Do not be afraid to change!! Do not be afraid to step up for your Self. Take back your RIGHTs.

I hope that you seek and find that feeling of being safe in the storm, and as one of my BeUtiful friends often says, that you dance between the raindrops! This shift is GOOD and RIGHT and WORTH IT. It’s new and different, but if you look closely, you’ll see that it’s written from Love and woven from the Light strands of Source. You’ll find faith – a new and better kind. You’ll feel love – a higher and purer kind. You’ll see with new vision what’s possible in the invisible landscape unfolding. You’ll find your SELF.

I have received so much hope and joy and loving awareness that’s still landing from the Solstice, and you will too!! I look forward to connecting with you in human or in Spirit this month, and I embrace you with celebration at the Soul level Independence you have achieved!!! How perfect and RIGHT it is that we are landing into this new paradigm just in time for Independence Day! So I wish you a happy 4th, and a very Happy Independence & Inter-dependence paradigm shift to you and yours!!

Namaste BeUtiful BEings, and Happy JUNE!!

I LOVE JUNE!! It’s one of my favorite times of the year! First, despite the fact that I was scheduled to be a Leo, fate had another plan, and I showed up super early on the planet as a late June Cancerian. I have always loved being a Cancer; it fits in every way, and honestly, I can’t imagine landing in a different zodiac’s Alchemy. Also, a few days before my birthday every year, and probably the astro-culprit for my early arrival, we get to celebrate the SUMMER SOLSTICE! The longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and the apex of energetic fullness all year long! It’s hot and wild and free and anything is possible this time of year, so let’s CREATE SOME MAGIC – our BEING U theme for the month of JUNE!!

The good vibes are plenty and overflowing, and yes, being so full of energy can sometimes feel overwhelming and even exhausting, so I always try to remind people to manage their energy a bit differently around the Solstice. This is the Universe’s way of filling up our hearts and minds and souls with all the creative force we can handle, and it must be distributed rather than stored. This season is an invitation to energize our projects and dreams, and to take the opportunity, as we pass through the portal of the Summer Solstice, to be catapulted into a whole other level of Self-Actualization. I’ll say it again, anything is possible this month!

You can pour all this energy into uplevelling your life, mastering new spiritual skills, or even sharing the extras by sending your prayers, intentions, and visualization out into the world in any way you wish. Just please don’t hold onto it without directing it positively in service to your Higher Self’s now agenda. Check in to see what your Soul is up to right now, as we have changed so much in 2026 by progressively embodying new 5D BEingness, Consciousness, and Energetics. Be really honest about what you are feeling right now, and what’s important to you right now.

As you refresh your inner browser with updates, notice that new priorities are emerging and your attention is moving into new directions. Your Soul is probably craving new experiences and might be bored with old ways of BEing. This is the perfect time to explore new aspects of yourself and to expand beyond your current range of Self-Awareness. As you CREATE SOME MAGIC this month, remember YOU are the Magician, and Life is the product of your Magic. So, abracadabra your creative Will onto the Field and wield your BeUtiful Light and Love into action freely and playfully!

For those participating in “The Way of BEING U,” a monthly group coaching program, our next meeting will be held on Monday, July 6th.

Meetings will be live on ZOOM from 7 pm - 8:30 pm ET, and all meetings will be recorded and shared for those who cannot attend LIVE.

Lastly, our next ONLINE Speaking with Spirit will be held on Thursday, July 9th at 7 pm ET.
This program will open with a guided meditation, followed by an intimate dialogue with your angels, guides, masters, and teachers, which I will channel between you and them. Attendance is limited to 8 people in order to give everyone personalized messages from their guides. Spots fill up quickly, so please register early.

Reservation is $44 and must be completed 24 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable event, and being on time is a must, thank you.
