With a day as hot as today it already feels like summer is here! My schedule will be changing with the kids being out of school and me prioritizing making memories with my family this summer! 😎☀️

I will be away on my “honeymoon” July 23 - August 1 ♥️

There’s something inspiring about basking in the renewal of a new season. Happy official first day of fall!

I’m thrilled to announce that as of November 1st I will be relocating to a new studio space! In the mean time, it’s getting ready to welcome you all!!

And not to worry, the new space will only be a mile away from the current location and scheduling should not be affected in any way 😌

Summer’s slowing down, the weather’s cooling down, and the kids are making their way back to school. Time to regroup and shift focus from the busy, spontaneous summer to refining and revamping your place of R&R! 💜

A couple updates to share!

✨New hours starting October:✨
Monday: 9am - 1pm **
Tuesday: 3pm - 8pm **
Wednesday: 4pm - 9pm
Thursday: 9am - 1pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm **
Sunday: 9am - 1pm **
(** every other week)

✨Schedule will now open 60 days in advance.

✨There is currently an option to join the waitlist if your day/time is not available. Once on the waitlist, you will automatically receive notification if that time slot opens.

Massage menu will be undergoing a little facelift so expect to see some changes by May. Also added a new R&R Experience Package to the menu which I'm super super stoked about! Doesn't get better than being able to completely customize your time with me 💜
