Good news for women navigating menopause!

For the first time in over a decade, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) has updated its menopause treatment guidelines.

The new recommendations strengthen support for hormone therapy in eligible women and highlight additional nonhormonal options for managing hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, and mood changes.

You don't have to just live with menopause symptoms.

Have questions? Reach out to your MFM Health provider to discuss your treatment options.

💚 Did you know some cases of liver cancer can be prevented?

During Liver Cancer Awareness Month, we’re highlighting an important connection between hepatitis B and liver health. Chronic hepatitis B infection can increase the risk of developing liver cancer, and vaccination is a safe and effective way to help prevent hepatitis B.

Knowing your risk factors and staying up to date on recommended preventive care can make a meaningful difference.

Talk with your MFM Health Primary Care team to learn whether the hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for you.

🧠 ADHD doesn’t have an age limit.

While ADHD is often associated with childhood, many people aren’t diagnosed until adulthood. Symptoms can look different as we get older and may affect focus, organization, time management, relationships, and everyday responsibilities.

This ADHD Awareness Month, we’re encouraging greater understanding and open conversations about ADHD at every age.

If you have questions about symptoms you’re experiencing, start the conversation with your MFM Health primary care team. 💙
