So, come in, relax, and let us do all the work. StretchVibe is an assisted stretch lounge where you will receive a 1:1 stretch from one of our certified Stretchologists! We use a variety of specific stretching techniques that allow us to take you into a deeper stretch than you can create on your own. You will leave StretchVibe feeling less stressed, relaxed, loose, light, and ready to go! We creat

ed this stretch that will: de-stress, prevent injury, increase mobility and range of motion, increase recovery time, enhance performance, and supports better sleep which creates more energy! We all know that we need to stretch - we are here to take care of that for you! Along with an incredible stretch - we use focal vibration tool (not a Theragun) which will increase blood flow and break up fascia allowing your body to relax and fall into a deeper stretch that you have never experienced before!
