Cellulite is one of various metabolic disorders that causes the skin to appear bulging in an irregular way and with a small depressions of subcutaneous tissue of irregular shape which is know as orange peel skin. Usually on the lateral part of the thighs or on buttocks, which appears on woman in periods of hormonal changes such as puberty or preganacies.

🍊Cellulite is formed due to increase in the number or volume of adipocytes , these adipocytes are fat cells that by increasing their size causes compression of the capillaries.

Reduce processed and high-sugar foods that can lead to the accumulation of toxins and fat in the body, and increase your fiber intake. Dehydration can make cellulite more noticeable. Water flushes your body and removes toxins that can cause cellulite. Make a point to increase your water intake.
