Our card pull for September 7 indicates that we are making progress toward our goals. Don’t let frustration set in because the process will be slow and steady. It will take effort, but our goals can be reached if we keep moving forward. Don’t give up!

Quite a few clients report seeing colors during a Reiki session. Often this happens because Reiki is working to repair the energy center that is out of balance. If you see colors, the below diagram provides a wonderful illustration of chakras and their respective colors.

Chakras are central power stations distributing life force energy (Ki) to your physical organs, nervous system, and emotional body.

When a Reiki practitioner works with you, Reiki may guide them to direct energy to seven major zones of the body:

🔴 Root Chakra: Grounding, survival, and basic security.
🟠 Sacral Chakra: Creativity, emotion, and adaptability.
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra: Personal power, boundaries, and intellect.
🟢 Heart Chakra: Compassion, love, and emotional healing.
🔵 Throat Chakra: Truth, authentic expression, and communication.
🟣 Third Eye Chakra: Intuition, clarity, and perception.
⚪ Crown Chakra: Spiritual connection and universal consciousness.

When energy becomes stagnant or overactive in one of these centers, it can manifest as emotional friction or physical fatigue. Reiki acts as an energetic tune-up, restoring an even, healthy flow of vital force throughout your entire system.

Our Lunar Eclipse card pull is the Ten of Wands. Folks, this card is telling us that our burdens are becoming too heavy and we must let it all go or suffer the consequences. It’s imperative that we take heed to this warning during Eclipse season. Letting go can be hard but it is necessary for us to do it in order to heal. Notice the growth extending from the wand. Trust the Source. Good things are waiting for you.

Move and breathe with me this Wednesday at 6 pm. On Sunday we will slow things down as we give our bodies permission to let go of energy that no longer serves us.

August is the “Sunday of summer”. Rather than clinging to the passing season, use your breath to surrender and make space for what is coming.
