We are incredibly proud to celebrate Clifford J as he successfully completes his rehabilitation journey at Grandview.

Through hard work and dedication, Clifford has regained his strength and mobility during his stay with us. It is always a privilege to support our residents as they prepare to transition back to their homes.

We wish Clifford all the best as he reunites with his wife and continues his recovery in the comfort of his own home.

Our residents gathered in the common area for an exciting round of balloon volleyball.

Everyone had a wonderful time staying active while sharing plenty of laughs throughout the game. It is always a pleasure to see such high levels of engagement and friendly competition during our group activities. We look forward to many more games that bring our community together like this.

Staff appreciation was extra sweet at Grandview with delicious funnel cakes! 😋💛 It was a fun treat and a simple way to show some love to the hardworking team.

🏡💙 Please join us in celebrating Joseph S. on his successful return home!

Joseph was admitted to Grandview to help manage pain and increase his mobility following a hospitalization. With determination and the support of our dedicated therapy team, he worked hard throughout his rehabilitation journey to achieve his goal of returning home.

After completing an involved therapy program, Joseph was able to safely return home at a wheelchair level with the support of home health services.
Congratulations, Joseph! We are proud of your hard work and perseverance and honored to have been part of your recovery. We wish you continued success and the very best on your journey! ❤️

🏡💙 Please join us in celebrating Winnie D. on her successful return home!

At 86 years old, Winnie came to Grandview for continued therapy with the goal of regaining her strength and independence. Through her determination and the support of our dedicated rehabilitation team, she made wonderful progress during her stay.

After a short stay, Winnie achieved her goal and was able to return home independently.
Congratulations, Winnie! We are proud of all you've accomplished and honored to have been part of your recovery journey. We wish you continued health, happiness, and success at home! ❤️
