If you've thought about starting a career as an EMT, this is a GREAT opportunity presented by our sister organization, the Danville Area Training Center! This class is designed for working adults, and will be held two evenings a week.
The Danville Area Training Center (DATC), at 630 Randolph Street in Danville, has opened the application process for Rescue Academy #9. By the end of the academy, students will obtain certifications in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Emergency Vehicle Operations Class, Traffic Incident Management Class, Mass Casualty I&II, Vehicle Rescue Awareness & Operations, and Emergency Medical Technician. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Class times will be 6:00pm - 9:00pm. There will be one weekend class for EVOC.
