Thinking about dinner and thought why not Lasagna. Come to find out today is National Lasagna Day. Sometimes mental health is a lot like making lasagna. 🍝

You don’t build it all at once. It comes together one layer at a time.

🧀 One layer might be setting healthy boundaries.
🍅 Another might be asking for help.
🥬 One could be practicing self-care.
❤️ And another is giving yourself grace on the hard days.

Some layers may feel messy. Some days you may need to start over. But every small step adds to something stronger than you realize.
