Due to the severe weather moving into our area, including expected high winds and the potential for storm-related damage, we have made the decision to close Polyclinic Pharmacy early at 3:00 PM on June 17, 2026.

The safety of our patients, staff, and community is our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we take precautions ahead of the approaching storms.

🎉 WE ARE FINALLY OPEN! 🎉

After a challenging morning of storm-related issues and service interruptions, we are happy to announce that Polyclinic Pharmacy is now OPEN!

Comcast has implemented a temporary fix that will allow us to operate throughout the remainder of the business day. Our team is on-site, ready to assist you, and we have additional staff available to help keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

A special thank you and shout-out to Michael Finley with Xfinity for his quick response, dedication, and efforts in providing a temporary solution that helped get us back up and running. Your assistance made a tremendous difference for our staff and patients, and we are incredibly grateful.

We also want to sincerely thank our patients and community for your patience, understanding, and support while we worked through these unexpected circumstances. Your kindness and loyalty mean so much to us.

Unfortunately, after arriving at the pharmacy and assessing the situation, we have learned that a Comcast outage is still affecting our ability to operate our pharmacy systems.

While power has been restored, our internet and communication services remain unavailable, preventing us from safely and effectively serving our patients at this time.

We sincerely apologize for this continued inconvenience and understand how frustrating these unexpected disruptions can be. Please know that our team is actively monitoring the situation and will resume operations as soon as service is restored.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work through circumstances beyond our control. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Due to the severe storms and weather that moved through our area overnight, Polyclinic Pharmacy is currently without power. As a result, our normal operations may be temporarily impacted while utility crews work to restore service.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected situation. The safety of our patients, staff, and medications remains our top priority, and we are working closely with the appropriate teams to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

Due to the recent increase in gas prices, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our delivery fees. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

We want to share that we have been working hard to hold off on increasing our costs for as long as possible. However, with continued rising expenses, especially fuel costs, we are no longer able to sustain the previous delivery pricing.

It’s also important to note that the cost of the medication itself is already subsidized, and we do everything we can to keep medications affordable for our patients. This delivery fee specifically helps cover the growing expense of safely and reliably bringing those medications directly to your home.

We remain proud to offer this service and believe it continues to provide tremendous value. We are also the only pharmacy in Vermilion County that provides delivery service, and we are committed to keeping this convenience available to our community.

New delivery fees are as follows:

* Tilton – $6
* Westville – $6
* Oakwood – $7
* Georgetown – $7
* Catlin – $7
* Bismarck – $7
* Fairmount – $9
