Today we say thank you. 💜

To the firefighters, police officers, EMS, dispatchers, and every first responder in Spanish Fort and across Baldwin County: thank you for running toward the moments everyone else runs away from.

You show up on the worst days, through storms, long shifts, and holidays missed, and you do it for people you've never met. Our community is safer and stronger because of you.

From all of us at Bayside Chiropractic, we are grateful for you every single day. 🙏

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. LESLIE! 🎉💜

There are people who show up, and then there’s Dr. Leslie.

The one who walks into a room and immediately becomes the energy of it. The one who cheers you on louder than anyone else, has a mind as sharp as they come, and always finds a way to solve the problem no matter what it is.

She is 1000% herself, every single day — no filter, no pretense, just pure heart and fire and soul.

18 years ago she opened these doors because she believed people deserved exceptional chiropractic care. And every single day since, she has shown up for this community, this team, and every patient who walks through that door with everything she has.

Big heart doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Dr. Leslie, you are the heartbeat of Bayside. We wouldn’t be who we are without you.

Today we celebrate YOU. 🎉

Happy Birthday from your Bayside family, your patients, and everyone whose life is better because you’re in it. We love you! 💜

Storms are unpredictable. Your nervous system doesn’t have to be. 💜

The calm before the storm isn’t just outside — it starts within you.

You can’t control the weather. But you can control how you prepare, how you respond, and how you show up for the people who need you.

Stay grounded. Stay present. Trust your plan.

We love you, Gulf Coast. Stay safe out there.

Yesterday, we climbed together. 🇺🇸

Words don't fully capture what it meant to look out and see this community show up — for each other, for the memory of the 343 firefighters and nearly 400 first responders who ran toward danger 25 years ago, and for something bigger than any one of us.

Every single person who climbed a step, handed out water, set up a booth, led a warmup, or simply showed up to watch — you made this what it was. This wasn't an event. It was a promise kept: we will never forget.

A very special thank you to Coastal View Real Estate Media for capturing this day the way it deserved to be captured. You didn't just film an event, you helped preserve a memory, and that's not a small thing on a day like this one.

Thank you, Spanish Fort. Thank you for climbing with us.

We climbed. We remembered. We rose — together. 🇺🇸

Thank you again to everyone who made this event what it was. We are so grateful and cannot wait for next year!
