We moved into this beautiful space in April 2020. And then… the world shut down. 😭

🌍 No grand opening. No ribbon cutting. No big celebration. Just us, our patients, and a whole lot of gratitude that we could keep serving our community — even in the middle of a pandemic.

Meet Dr. Leslie — the founder of Bayside Chiropractic and the reason this practice exists in the first place.

Dr. Leslie started Bayside right here in Spanish Fort 18 years ago with one simple mission: help families in Spanish Fort live healthier, fuller lives — naturally.

She’s also a mom to three kids (Waylon, Margaret, and little Lottie 🙋‍♀️), a wife, a community lover, and — full disclosure — the reason the rest of us show up every day wanting to do our best work.

A few things you might not know about Dr. Leslie:

✨ She has been adjusting babies and kids her entire career and absolutely lights up doing it

✨ She is an Eastern Shore local and serving this community is personal to her

✨ She has been in practice long enough to now be adjusting the KIDS of patients she saw when she first opened 🥹

Last week we were able to partner with Bay Minette Middle School with one mission: give these incredible teachers a break. ☕💆‍♀️

Chair massages, breakfast, and a little reminder that someone sees how hard they’re working.

Teachers give SO much to our kids and our community every single day — the least we could do was show up and say THANK YOU.

That’s how long Hayle has been the heartbeat of Bayside Chiropractic.

When Dr. Leslie opened the doors in 2008, Hayle wasn’t far behind — and she’s been here for almost every single moment since. Through office moves, growing pains, a pandemic, thousands of patients, and everything in between.

She’s the person who remembers your kids’ names. The one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. The one who keeps this place running so smoothly you’d never know how much work it actually takes.

But more than that? She has the biggest heart of anyone we know.

She cares about every single person who walks through our doors — and it shows. You feel it the moment you meet her.

Hayle, we don’t say it enough — but we couldn’t do this without you. You’re not just our office manager. You’re family. You’re the glue. You’re the reason so many people feel at home here.
