This weekend was such a rewarding opportunity as I had the privilege of presenting Practical ERP for Adult OCD: From Assessment to Exposure Design to an incredible group of dedicated mental health professionals.

I am truly grateful for every therapist who invested their time to deepen their understanding of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Your engagement, thoughtful questions, and commitment to providing evidence-based care for individuals living with OCD made the training a wonderful experience. It is encouraging to know that more clinicians are gaining the skills and confidence to provide effective OCD treatment in our communities.

A very special thank you to Chelcey Gibson for all of your hard work behind the scenes. Your help with planning, organization, and making sure everything ran smoothly was invaluable. I couldn’t have done it without you!

We're excited to share that a large part of our team recently completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD with Soul Care Counseling. Shout out to Kaysha for such an incredible experience!

Yesterday in Petal, Mississippi, Rachel Floyd , 36 years old, was killed as her car went underwater in a flash flood incident. Rachel is originally from Dothan, AL. Her husband Ben is also battling a brain tumor and they have 3 young boys. I am attaching the go fund me information for her funeral and Ben's cancer fundraiser. Her husband is a therapist in the Hattiesburg, MS area. Although I do not know them personally , my heart is overwhelmed by the loss this family is dealing with. If you feel lead to help please reach out and support the family.
