These hot Georgia summer days are no joke! With the heat index climbing above 110°F, your body loses water and important electrolytes much faster than you may realize.

Here are a few simple ways to protect yourself:
💦 Drink water consistently throughout the day—not just when you're thirsty.
⚡ Replace electrolytes if you're spending extended time outdoors, working, exercising, or sweating heavily.
🧢 Wear light-colored clothing, seek shade when possible, and take frequent breaks from the heat.

🚨 Know the warning signs of heat-related illness:
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Headache
• Muscle cramps

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we proudly serve the families and residents of McIntosh County and the surrounding communities with compassionate, high-quality Family & Urgent Care.

A very special **THANK YOU** to the Darien-McIntosh County Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a wonderful ribbon cutting and for the warm welcome into the community. Your support means so much to our entire team, and we are honored to be a part of the continued growth and success of Darien.
