Promoting Health & Wellness at Sudlow Intermediate School

ASWAS was proud to participate in the Health & Wellness Event at Sudlow Intermediate School, bringing together students, families, and community partners to emphasize the importance of healthy living and overall well-being.

We believe that building stronger communities begins with investing in our youth. Through education, positive engagement, and meaningful partnerships, we can encourage healthy habits, support personal growth, and empower young people to make informed decisions about their futures.

We extend our appreciation to Sudlow Intermediate School for the opportunity to be part of this important initiative.

Together, we are building healthier individuals, stronger families, and a more connected community.

Grantee Spotlight: ASWAS, Inc. (A System Within a System)

RDA supported the grant "Empowering Youth Through Expert-Led Workshops at the 2025 Summit", expanding access to life skills education and mentorship for local youth. Through workshops and the annual summit, students engaged in topics like financial literacy, education, health and wellness, and navigating the legal system—gaining practical knowledge critical for adulthood. Exposure to nationally recognized speakers and interactive sessions helped students explore new possibilities, build confidence, and strengthen decision-making skills. By partnering with local schools and tailoring programming based on student feedback, ASWAS is helping equip youth with the tools needed for long-term success and economic mobility.
