Today was a beautiful day to get the men out on the patio for our "Floats for Fathers" celebration! 🍦☀️
We treated the dads to root beer floats and a surprise snack of homemade hot dogs. The men made it very clear that this was a guys-only event and insisted the ladies stay behind...
Of course, that plan lasted about 3 minutes before a few of the ladies mysteriously appeared anyway. 😂
Turns out some rules are made to be broken—especially when hot dogs and ice cream floats are involved. Happy Father's Day to all the dads who enjoyed their special day (and to the ladies who just couldn't resist crashing the party)! ❤️

Today may be the last day of Core Values Week, but at Silvercrest Garner Farms, our core values don’t get packed away with the decorations—we live them every day!
Our final core value was “Y For You” because taking care of our residents is always our "why." To show support for those living with Alzheimer’s, we wore purple throughout the facility. 💜
Let's just say there was so much purple around here, Barney would’ve felt right at home! Between the outfits, the laughs, and a few questionable fashion choices, we had a great time while supporting an important cause.
We may have looked like a bunch of grapes, but we wore our purple proudly and had a whole lot of fun doing it!

What a gorgeous, sun-filled day for our Core Values Day at Silvercrest! ☀️
Today’s theme was Innovation with Integrity, and we challenged our staff to share their best ideas for improving every department. Fair warning—we may have created a suggestion box avalanche. 😄
It was also Orange Day 🍊, and the mother of all oranges was front and center. Some say it could be seen from space. We're still waiting for confirmation.
Great weather, great ideas, and a great team—now that's a productive day!

Rain, rain, go away... our party was supposed to be outside today! ☔😂
Dial had plans for an outdoor celebration, but Mother Nature decided to RSVP with rain. No worries though—here at Silvercrest, we can party anywhere! We simply moved the fun indoors and kept right on celebrating.
This week we also recognized our Core Value "M" for Making a Difference. To spread a little appreciation, we delivered donut holes and coffee to our wonderful vendors and the church that faithfully provides Sunday services for our residents. 🍩☕❤️
Rain may have changed the location, but it definitely didn't change the fun. Thanks to everyone who helps make a difference every day!

Today was Core Values Day, and the focus was A = Attitude of Gratitude! 💚
To celebrate, our management team wrote personalized thank-you cards for every staff member, and we all wore green to show our appreciation and team spirit.
A little gratitude can go a long way—and it's amazing how much a simple "thank you" can brighten someone's day. So here's your reminder: make sure you thank someone every day... even if it's the person who remembers where you left your coffee. ☕😆

🎉 We decided to combine CNA Week and Core Values Week—and we're kicking it off with the letter F for Family Serving Family! ❤️
To fuel our amazing CNAs and staff, we started the week with an Energy Drink Bar ⚡🥤 packed with goodies to help keep everyone going strong throughout the day. Because let's be honest... coffee can only do so much! 😆
And since today was also Wear Red Day ❤️, take a look at the team spirit—apparently everyone got the memo! 😄
Here's to celebrating the incredible people who make our workplace feel like family every single day. Thank you for all you do! ❤️🎉
