Nurturing Notes is a free weekly group for moms and babies 0-6 months, happening Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 AM at Quad Cities Music Therapy in Moline. It's all about feeding, sleep, tummy time, and connection, through music and time with other moms. The series is already underway, but you're welcome to join anytime, no registration needed.

My Own Magnificence (M.O.M.) Motherhood Support Group

The Birthwork Foundation wants to help restore some of the joy of parenting by helping you rebuild your community and introduce you to local experts who can support your parenting choices and, in general, help you step into being an empowered parent.

The support group is led by a mental health counselor and includes doulas and birth workers, as well as other parents.

Virtual Support Group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 pm CST
