If you see this lovely lady today, be sure to wish Irene a very Happy 99th Birthday! With a life motto of “Que Sera, Sera” (whatever will be, will be) Irene says she is incredibly thankful for the life she has been blessed with and believes in ‘not sweating the small stuff.’

Kate spent some time chatting with her about her upcoming celebrations & Irene wasn’t sure why turning 99 is such a big deal... She chuckled as she shared all the plans her children and family have made for the weekend – a celebration that will surely become a treasured memory for everyone!

With all of her kids traveling and living in various places, some of Irene’s happiest moments are when the whole family can gather together. No matter the occasion, being surrounded by those she loves makes every celebration extra special. ❤️

When asked about her greatest accomplishment, Irene didn't hesitate: "My kids are my greatest accomplishment and were my main focus while raising them. All I ever wanted was for them to have a good life. I am so proud of each and every one of them. I am so thankful for everything they do for me."

Happy 99th Birthday, Irene! Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your laughter, and your beautiful outlook on life with all of us here at Senior Star. Nothing beats a little color & creativity! 🎨 Our residents had fun tie dyeing their own shirts, sharing some laughs, and creating one of a kind masterpieces! There may have been some multi-colored hands by the time we were done, but it was worth it! 😎☮️✌️🌈

🚨Breaking News: Our Senior Star dogs continue living their best life by accepting unlimited pets and treats in exchange for tail wags and snuggles! Residents report this arrangement is working out very well. 🐶❤️

Our residents recently enjoyed a lovely morning in the garden, working side by side to prepare for the next season of planting. With every flower bed tended and every conversation shared, the day reflected the vibrant spirit of our community and the simple pleasures that make life so meaningful.

We look forward to seeing our garden flourish in the months ahead, just as the friendships and memories created here continue to grow. 🌸✨
