A detailed step-by-step guide on how high performing parents destroy their energy and guarantee the performance gap stays open.

Sleep 5 hours.
Tell yourself you will catch up on the weekend.

Eat whatever is fast.
Convince yourself discipline is for people with less going on.

Skip breakfast. Grab coffee.
Call that fuel.

Sit for 10 hours straight.
Wonder why your focus drops at 2pm.

Take every supplement your guru recommends.
Use pills to replace what your food should be doing.

Chase the right diet for 3 days.
Go back to the old one on day 4.

Drink water only when you are thirsty.
By then you are already behind.

Scroll for an hour before bed.
Blame stress for the poor sleep.

Tell yourself you will start being consistent next month.
Do 90% of the work.
Accept 10% of the results.

The dinner table is where I lead my family.
Not from a stage. Not from a title. From a chair, across from my kids, every single night.
We ask three questions. Every night. No exceptions.
✓ What did I work hard at today?
✓ What mistakes did I make and what did they teach me?
✓ What did I learn?
And when the moment is right, we add one more.
✓ What are you grateful for?
My kids know how to reflect. They know how to own their mistakes. They know growth is not something that happens to you. It is something you choose.
That came from the table.
Not from a school. Not from a program. From a decision Tracy and I made to show up as parents with intention.
