Today on Flyleaf Talks About Stuff, Kim and Stefanie clarify the definition of trauma. Experiencing a traumatic event does not necessarily result in us being traumatized. There are contextual circumstances that influence our resilience and how we perceive safety in our world. It is not allways about the big things, sometimes the imprint of the systematically experienced small things have the deepest impact. 🍃
