d challenges so they can fully enjoy their success and present moments. She does this by using scientifically proven methods that help them to release what's currently holding them back and leverage their perceived weaknesses into superpowers. By utilizing Theresa's unique approach to the Emotional Freedom Technique, her clients have overcome nervousness and difficult situations such as preparing for big presentations, overcoming their fear of flying, and transitioning through divorce. Theresa’s personal struggles with past traumas, high functioning anxiety, and ADHD kept her in an ego driven holding pattern of dissatisfaction and stress for longer than she likes to admit. All of those negative feelings seemed to melt away when she began cracking the code to her nervous system, taking responsibility for her own wellbeing, and elevating her consciousness in ways that truly restored her feelings of calm, clarity and confidence. Theresa is the host of the Becoming More Me Podcast and lives near Washington, DC with her husband, Jeff, and their 4 boys as well as their 2 yellow labs.

There is something very humbling about having a sink full of dishes while also being someone who understands the nervous system for a living. 😅

Because I can know exactly why I avoid certain things.

I can understand the ADHD piece.
I can understand the overwhelm.
I can understand the resistance.
I can understand how a simple task becomes oddly loaded when my brain has turned it into a whole story.

And still…

the dishes are there.

That is why I am not interested in pretending that awareness alone changes everything.

Awareness can explain the pattern, but it does not always interrupt it.

Sometimes the real shift happens when your body stops treating the next step like a threat,
when returning feels possible, or when the task becomes "just a task" again.

Whether it is the dishes, the email, the project, the post, the workout, or the dream you keep circling…

the goal is not to become an expert at explaining why you are stuck or how smart you are about your patterns...

The goal is to feel safe enough to move and choose differently.

Follow me for more on ADHD, nervous system work, subconscious healing, and actually living the change instead of just understanding it. ✨

Before your ADHD brain starts chasing every open tab, task, notification, and “quick thing,” give yourself these 7 minutes free of forcing yourself to focus more or try harder- I structure this time so it's about giving my nervous system and subconscious a clear path before chaos casts a powerful vote! ⚡️

ADHD brains don't need more pressure- they need an easy onramp...

And when you know how to create that before you start work, the whole day feels and becomes less scattered and more intentional. ✨

Comment 7, and I'll show you the super simple way I structure this tiny pocket of time so that the version of me who follows through can come forward before my workday starts pulling me in every direction...

There is a moment when your dreams stop being something you keep imagining and start asking you to become available for them.

That is where so many ADHD entrepreneurs get stuck.

Your dreams are very real, you care about them a lot and you’re totally capable of finishing…

Yet sometimes the dream has been living safely in your mind for so long that bringing it into your actual life starts to feel like pressure.

It asks you to be seen. It asks you to make decisions. It asks you to stay with the process after the excitement fades. It asks your nervous system to hold more than just the idea.

That is why finishing what you start matters so much...every finished thing teaches your brain and body that you can trust yourself with what matters to you.

You do not need to become a perfect version of yourself to bring your dreams into form.

You need to become a supported, regulated, compassionate version of yourself who knows how to keep coming back.

Your dreams do not need to stay in your head forever.

They are allowed to live in your body, your choices, your business, your home, your calendar, and your real life. ✨

Comment **FINISH** if you are ready to start becoming the version of you who can actually hold the dream. 💖

Starting over every Monday can feel weirdly hopeful at first. 😅

This time I’m really going to do it.

I love that very human and optimistic part of us.

The part that still believes, wants more, and keeps reaching for the dream even after messy ex*****on, countless false starts, and other completely off-script snafus.

But at some point, the real shift isn't about a pretend restart, clean slate, or greater intensity "this time".

It is learning how to stay with yourself after energy dips or the excitement fades.

That is where we expand our capacity and self-trust.

And the beautiful thing is that it doesn't require us to be perfect or have the ideal schedule, mood, or motivation.

It grows when you learn how to come back to what matters without making the pause, detour or inconsistency that preceded mean something is wrong with you.

Because the version of you who finishes what she starts is not a harsher or less forgiving one...

She is a more supported, regulated, compassionate version who knows how to keep going, even amidst life's challenges and obstacles, without abandoning herself.

If you're ready to stop making every Monday your comeback tour…

Before your ADHD brain starts chasing every open tab, task, notification, and “just one more thing,” start with this...7 minutes of listening to the version of you who already knows how to follow through and make the day count, before it starts pulling you in every direction.

And I'm sure you're like, "There's a version of me that already knows how to do this?" I'm confused....stay with me....This is not about forcing discipline.

This is about giving your nervous system and subconscious a clear path before the chaos takes over, and I've created a program you can implement in less than an hour that shows you how that shows you how to create this pathway!

Your ADHD brain does not need more pressure, and that is exactly why this 7-minute practice has become one of my favorite ways to start the day and achieve my goals in business and life! ✨

Every time you don’t follow through, your brain makes meaning out of it. Brains are amazing meaning-making machines...usually, though, it's not a very kind meaning. 😅

It’s rarely just, “I didn’t finish that one thing.”

It becomes:

“I’m inconsistent.”
“I can’t trust myself.”
“I never finish.”
“I always mess this up.”
“I’m just not the kind of person who follows through.”

And once that story gets repeated enough, it starts to feel true.

That’s why follow-through matters for more than productivity.

It’s connected to your identity.
Your confidence.
Your self-trust.
Your nervous system’s sense of what is safe and possible for you.

But here’s the good news…

You don’t rebuild self-trust by forcing yourself harder.

You rebuild it through tiny, doable steps that teach your brain and body, “I can come back. I can complete. I can count on myself again.”

That’s the kind of follow-through I care about.

Where we remove the hustle, shame, and drastic Monday restarts.

A process that actually works with your ADHD brain and nervous system. ✨

🫧🫧🫧Watching this bubble hold a tiny piece of dry ice inside it made me think about how identity can work.🫧🫧🫧

At first, the bubble of our old identity seems protective.

It keeps our beliefs, thoughts and feelings categorized and contained. We feel as though we make sense to ourselves, and it gives the illusion that things are stable. It creates a clear little boundary around what and how much is allowed to transform.

And that is honestly what so many of our old patterns do, too.

The identity that says, “I am just not someone who is consistent,” may have once protected you from the disappointment of trying again (and potentially falling on your face).

The identity that says, “I never finish things,” may have helped explain the pain of dreams that felt too hard to realize.

The identity that says, “I work better under pressure,” may have made chaos feel useful instead of exhausting.

But eventually, the identity that once protected you starts containing you.

It keeps your next level trapped inside a bubble that feels familiar, even when it is too small.

Real transformation isn't about shaming the old version of you or forcing yourself to change...

It is about creating enough safety in your nervous system and subconscious to outgrow the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that you've been organizing your choices around.

When you learn how to pop the old identity 🫧 bubble, there is room for more follow-through, greater self-trust, increased capacity, and freedom to become the version of you that already knows you're enough!✨

Comment FINISH and I’ll send you my favorite way to pop the bubble and reclaim the parts of you that were never meant to be limited! 🫧💖

Summer break coming closer used to make my anxiety amp up.

I love my 4 boys and adore time with them, but when school ends, the structure that supports my workday disappears.

The house gets louder. Questions are constant. Lunch happens at 5 different times. Snack time is basically always. Ride requests pop up out of nowhere. Those first footsteps upstairs can shift my morning instantly.

As an ADHD entrepreneur, summer used to feel like something that happened TO me.

I’d get less done, feel overwhelmed, resent interruptions, then feel guilty because BEING HERE for them is a huge reason I work from home and for myself.

But something feels different this year and it came through the embodiment, not just the knowing that summer doesn’t just require a new schedule. It requires a new identity.

The me who thrives during the school year isn’t the same me who thrives during summer break.

Before summer arrived, I updated the audio I listen to every morning that supports programming my body and mind for the season I’m stepping into.

What I began receiving on a deep level was answers to questions like:

✨ Why is it so easy for me to adapt to my sons being home with me this summer?

✨ How am I becoming even more present with my kids while honoring my business goals?

✨ How does summer create additional opportunities without taking other opportunities away?

✨ How is my business supporting my family in beautiful ways this summer?

✨ Why is it safe to slow down and enjoy these precious moments and still experience forward momentum?

💕These answers, many of which come to me while I sleep, help me cut through the resistance and create success within the chaos, feel more present for moments I’ll someday miss, and trust in my ability to navigate and stay grounded in the truth that my goals and desired family connection can coexist without sacrificing what truly matters!

Most people try to change their actions, but the real magic happens when you intentionally update your identity!

Comment SECRET for my simple 7-minute practice to prepare your brain, nervous system, beliefs, and identity for seasons like this so they feel like a gift instead of an interruption!

Self-sabotage can look so illogical from the outside.

You finally get the opportunity.
The idea starts working.
Visibility or exposure increases.
You begin earning more.
The thing you wanted is actually in motion and happening!!!

And then suddenly…

Overthinking, avoidance, dragging your feet, or questioning everything kicks in....even though you want the thing....boy, do you want it!

But part of you senses a threat even when the "thing" is a good change or upgrade for your life or business...

That’s why follow-through isn’t just about discipline.

It’s about helping your brain and body feel safe enough to keep moving when the old pattern wants to yank you back to “familiar.” And even when the familiar it wants to take you back to is "dreadfully familiar"....

Because your nervous system did not get the memo that success, money, visibility, and finally finishing things that matter to you...are not "actual" tigers.

If your brain is excited about your possibility, plans, and potential but your body keeps slamming the brakes… and you feel STUCK-

I spent years believing that if I could just learn more of the right stuff, I would eventually figure out how to solve everything, become abundant beyond my wildest dreams, and live happily ever after.

I genuinely believed the solution to my unprofitable business, lack of presence in my relationships, or inability to stick to health and fitness goals...was more knowledge.

What I didn’t understand yet was that the part of me I was relying on to figure everything out was also the part quietly preventing me from doing the things that would actually move my life forward.

My brain was doing its job, and its job was never to help me achieve my dreams; it was to keep me safe…

Follow along if you’re an ADHD entrepreneur interested in rewiring your programming instead of fighting futilely against it.

And, if you’d like to read the whole story of how this revelation changed everything for me…
