My name is Alex and I am so happy to be BACK at FIT House💜 A graduate of UC Davis with a degree in psychology, I’ve been a group fitness instructor for 7 years now. I fully accredit the FIT House staff and community with giving me the confidence and passion to take fitness full time- for that I am forever grateful.
I am a NASM certified personal trainer (taking clients at FIT House) and I actively teach Cycle, Pilates and Lift at FH.
I will always strive to make every single one of my classes accessible to all, fun, and ass kicking💪🏻🌟

Meet Coach Móni! 👋🏼💪🏼

Hi, I’m Mónica, but you can call me Coach Móni! I’m a Type 1 diabetic who LOVES to move and is passionate about helping others learn more about fitness and nutrition.

Before coming to Davis, I lived in LA, where I worked as both a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor while completing my Associate’s in Nutrition and Dietetics. Now, I’m finishing my final year of my Bachelor’s in Clinical Nutrition at UC Davis! 🎓

In my classes, I love bringing together everything I’ve learned through my own experience, my nutrition studies, and my time as an instructor to create a fun and educational experience for everyone.
