Your thoracic spine is made up of 12 vertebrae and plays a big role in posture, rotation, everyday movement, and protecting the organs inside your rib cage.

Things like stress, posture, long periods of sitting, and muscle tension can sometimes affect how the neck feels and moves. When neck-related issues are contributing, chiropractic care may be one option to help improve movement and reduce tension.

From supporting everyday movement to protecting the spinal cord and nerves that help your brain communicate with your body, your neck has a pretty important job.
