Out of town but not out of routine…staying consistent feels good. And remember, consistent doesn’t mean everyday. Consistent is showing up and doing the work without huge breaks between sessions. But it’s not everyday. Life happens and we can still be consistent!

I turned 60 on Saturday. I wanted to turn 60 in better shape than when I turned 50. And I did it!

Deadlifting 100 #!! This is something I thought I couldn’t do because of my knees. But I did! What a journey this has been so far … and I’m not done! Stay tuned to see what’s next.
