Our very first Appalachian Day with Wise Tales was a wonderful success! ❤️ Residents had so much fun making Cooner Bags, a special Appalachian tradition. Each bag is filled with meaningful treasures and keepsakes, then tied shut. According to tradition, the bag should never be opened—because if it is, your wish may never come true! It was a fun afternoon filled with stories, creativity, and laughter. ✨

David brings an incredible background of service, compassion, and dedication to our community. Before joining our team, he proudly served in the military for 8 years and spent 8 years as an EMT and paramedic before dedicating 25 years to nursing. His years of experience allow him to bring knowledge, leadership, and a true passion for caring for others every day.

David also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with South America being his favorite destination! ✈️🌎

His favorite part about North Georgia Assisted Living? The wonderful residents and the amazing staff who make this community feel like family. 🏡
