We’re expanding and looking for a skilled Go High Level Automation & Marketing Specialist to help streamline operations and elevate our client management systems.

📌 What You’ll Do:
Manage and configure GoHighLevel CRM for smooth workflows and client management.
Create automated funnels, workflows, and sequences to nurture and convert leads.
Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and follow-up systems.
Integrate GoHighLevel with tools like Zapier, email platforms, and other systems.
Set up and automate marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media).
Design funnels for acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Track campaign performance and optimize results.
Build landing pages, branding assets, and marketing materials.
Support Shopify integration and automation workflows.
Train internal teams and create SOPs for platform usage.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms.
Strong expertise in automation, funnels, and marketing workflows.
Knowledge of lead generation and client management processes.
Experience with integrations (Zapier, Google Sheets, email tools).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing marketing assets or campaigns.
Background in CRM optimization and business automation.

We’re growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented US Tax Preparer & Bookkeeper to join our team.
This is a long-term opportunity for professionals with real experience in US tax preparation and QuickBooks bookkeeping who want to work in a structured, systems-driven environment.

If you’re dependable, proactive, and enjoy keeping financial records accurate and tax-ready, this role is for you!

📌 What You’ll Do:
Prepare individual (Form 1040) and business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065).
Handle state and franchise tax filings.
Review financial records to ensure accuracy and tax readiness.
Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (categorization, reconciliation, cleanup).
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Maintain organized tax workpapers and client documentation.
Assist with data entry, file organization, and administrative tasks.
Follow and improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in US individual and business tax preparation.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
