When choosing a counselor to work with, make sure they truly specialize in couples work.

Lots of counselors "work with couples," but those who actively choose to pursue advanced speciality training are the ones who know how to do couples work.

I'm fully trained in the gold-standard of couples work: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
