Hello everyone!

I’ve been working on something close to my heart for over the past year, and I’m so excited to finally share it.

For those who may not know me well, I’ve spent the last 15 years in the medical field, with over a decade working as an acute care nurse practitioner—primarily in the intensive care unit. I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Along the way, I’ve experienced both incredible victories and heartbreaking losses, including navigating the challenges of the COVID pandemic.

While I’ve always been passionate about helping people in critical situations, over the years I’ve developed a strong interest in functional nutrition and preventative health. I realized I wanted to do more—not just treat illness, but help people avoid it and truly thrive.
