Our new Staff Appreciation Wall has quickly become one of my fave things in the office 🤍

What started as a way for staff to recognize + encourage one another, turned into something even more special when they decided to turn the tables + leave appreciation shout-outs for me, too. 🥹

Reading their kind words was a sweet reminder of how lucky I am to work alongside truly the best team. We may take care of our patients every day, but it’s just as important to take care of + encourage each other. 💕

Dr. Stephanie attended Women in Pediatrics, Pediatric CEO, and Office Practicum—connecting with inspiring leaders, learning new strategies, and bringing back fresh ideas to continue growing and improving our care 💙

✨ Get to Know Us ✨

This past month some of our team stepped up in a big way, literally! 👟

Our office manager hosted a “Move More” competition where staff tracked their daily steps for the month of April, pushing each other to stay active, healthy + motivated. 💪🏻 From lunchtime walks to before/after work workouts, it was great to see everyone get involved + have some friendly competitiveness.

At the end of the month, the staff member with the most steps took home the prize 🏆 but honestly, everyone won by building healthier habits + having fun along the way.

We love finding ways to support not just our patients health, but our teams too. 💙
