1. Growth begins when we recognize old patterns that no longer serve us and choose to release them.
2. Letting go of familiar habits can be uncomfortable, but it creates space for healthier ways of thinking and acting.
3. Real change happens through consistent discipline, not just motivation or good intentions.
4. Each day we practice new behaviors, we strengthen them and make them a natural part of our lives.
5. By letting go of the old and staying committed to the new, we create lasting personal growth.

✨Some researchers and therapists use the term “good girl syndrome” to describe a pattern of chronic people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional suppression, and prioritizing others’ needs over one’s own, though it is not a recognized medical diagnosis.

✨Chronic stress associated with these patterns may affect the body’s stress-response systems and immune function, and long-term stress has been linked to inflammation and changes in immune regulation. However, autoimmune diseases are complex conditions influenced by genetics, environmental exposures, hormones, and other biological factors, so “good girl syndrome” is not considered a direct cause of autoimmune disease.

Wild berries 🫐

kiwi 🥝
edamame 🫛

Small, consistent changes—like two cups of berries per week—can add up over time.

**10 years ago, I started my journey in hospital medicine. What a journey it has been.**

I never would have imagined that this path would lead me to specialize in addiction medicine, mental health, and psychiatry. The deeper I explored these fields, the more clarity, peace, and purpose I found—not only in my profession but also in my own life.

Looking back, if I could do it all over again, I would have immersed myself in mental health much earlier. It has been one of the most rewarding and transformative decisions of my career.

Here’s to 10 years in medicine, continuous growth, lifelong learning, and the patients who have taught me so much along the way.

**Never give up. Trust the process. The journey often takes you exactly where you’re meant to be.**

🥂 Cheers to 10 years.

“Why Exercise Is Your Best Medicine” (Under 3 Minutes)

“Did you know just 30 minutes of exercise a day can lower your risk of major diseases and boost your mental health at the same time? Your body was designed to move — and when you move, everything improves.”

“Regular exercise helps prevent serious diseases like:”
* ❤️ Heart disease
* 🩸 High blood pressure
* 🍬 Type 2 diabetes
* ⚖️ Obesity
* 🦴 Weak bones and joints
“When you exercise, your heart becomes stronger, blood circulation improves, muscles stay active, and your immune system works better.”
“Even simple activities like walking, cycling, dancing, or stretching can make a huge difference.”

“Exercise doesn’t just change your body — it changes your mind too.”
“It reduces stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression by releasing ‘feel-good’ chemicals called endorphins.”
“It also improves:”
* 😌 Mood
* 🧠 Focus and memory
* 😴 Sleep quality
* 💪 Confidence and energy levels
“A quick workout can instantly boost your mood more naturally than scrolling on your phone.”

“You don’t need a gym or intense workouts to start.”
“Start with:”
* 10-minute walks
* Home workouts
* Yoga or stretching
* Dancing to your favorite song
“Consistency matters more than perfection.”

“Exercise is not just about looking fit — it’s about living healthier, happier, and longer.”
“So move your body today… because every step is an investment in your future.”
✨ “Healthy body. Healthy mind. Healthy life.”

✨”The unconscious mind is all the patterns, fears, beliefs, and emotional wounds operating below awareness. People often repeat the same choices, relationships, reactions, and self-sabotaging behaviors without realizing why. Because they can’t see the hidden programming driving them, the consequences feel random or inevitable — so they call it ‘fate.’

For example, someone who unconsciously believes they’re unworthy may repeatedly choose toxic partners, avoid opportunities, or sabotage success. From the outside it looks like bad luck. But the unconscious pattern keeps recreating the same outcome until it’s recognized and changed.

“Unhealed fears become patterns.
Patterns become choices.
Choices become destiny.
Then people call it fate.”
