so understands the rigors of sports training, injury management/prevention, nutrition, and recovery. As a sports medicine chiropractor, a large portion of his practice focuses on the treatment and prevention of extremity-related conditions (shoulder, hand, knee, and foot, for example).

In honor of Memorial Day, Ohio Sport & Spine will be closed as we take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

We are incredibly thankful for their courage, service, and sacrifice.

Our office will reopen Tuesday, May 27th. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend!

Kuris helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance long-term health through
structured resistance training.
As a former NCAA Division I athlete, Kuris experienced firsthand the impact that strength and
conditioning can have on performance, resilience, and overall health. Resistance training has
remained a central part of his life and has played a key role in transforming his own physique
and physical capabilities.
Kuris’ primary objective is to meet clients where they are and help them make steady,
sustainable progress toward their goals. He works with individuals of all ages and experience
levels—from those stepping into the gym for the first time to those looking to build strength,
improve body composition, and move with greater strength and confidence in daily life.
Kuris emphasizes proper movement mechanics, progressive strength development, and
sustainable training habits in coaching. He believes strength training should support long-term
health-span and longevity, helping clients build the strength and resilience needed to stay
active and independent throughout life.
His training philosophy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and evidence-based strength
training, believing that intentional effort over time builds strong minds and bodies.
Kuris holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Physique & Bodybuilding Coach (PBC). He is currently
pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning
from Texas A&M University to further expand his knowledge of exercise science and human
performance.
