Congratulations to our July Patient of the month!
Here is what he had to share about his experience here at Holten Wellness Center.
“I woke up one morning in late February 2026 with severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. I had not experienced any chronic back pain prior to this so it felt like it came out of nowhere! It was the worst pain I had ever experienced! After days of living with increasing pain that was limiting my ability to work on site, drive, or enjoy any social activities, I visited Holten Wellness Center and was sent to have an MRI revealing I had a herniated disc in my neck among a couple other issues. Dr. Holten and his team established a treatment program just for me.
Working with Holten Wellness Center to recover has been a great experience. Now that I am practically pain free, I have gone back to doing the things I love such as hiking, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. The staff is awesome and the program works! I highly recommend Holten Wellness Center!”
