We aim to be recognized for the quality of service we provide and the level of training we ensure our staff receives prior to beginning family services.

Applied Learning Institute (ALI) provides behavioral services to children with developmental disabilities (primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Centerville, Ohio. Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that promote the growth and development of children with autism spectrum disorder so that they may reach their full potential into adolescence. As leading providers of ABA therapy, we pride ourselves on the utilization of evidence-based research and empirical evidence to design individualized ABA treatment plans for each client we serve. Our goal is to increase functional and socially significant behavior in all aspects of our client’s lives, across both home and community settings.

🌟 Meet the Staff Spotlight: Ariana! 🌟

This week, we are super excited to highlight Ariana, one of our incredible Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! For those unfamiliar with the role, an RBT works directly one-on-one with our clients teaching vital communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting real-time progress data to help every individual reach their full potential. Ariana brings so much heart, patience, and positive energy to every session, turning hard work into fun, meaningful progress. We are beyond lucky to have her on our team!

📋 It’s Assessment Binder Time at ALI!

Our BCBA student, Arionna, is busy preparing assessment binders for our new clients! These binders include the ABLLS-R (Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised), an assessment tool that helps us evaluate a child’s language, learning, and functional skills.

This helps our team better understand each child’s current abilities, identify areas for growth, and develop individualized goals to support their progress!

At ALI, we’re all about meeting each child where they are and helping them build skills for a brighter, more independent future!💙

Today’s Meet the Staff spotlight is Heather! 💙 Heather is a BCBA and will be the Clinical Director at our Troy location when we open! We are so happy to have her as part of the ALI family and are excited to have her join us on this journey as we continue to grow. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead and are so grateful to have Heather on our team! Help us give her a warm ALI welcome! 💙

Our ALI team had a great time at Lucas Brothers Fall Fest! We loved getting everyone together outside of work, enjoying the fall festivities, and making memories as a team! 🧡 We’re so happy for everyone who came out and missed those who couldn’t make it. We love opportunities to connect, have fun, and strengthen our ALI family! 🍁

Today was a great day having everyone together for training! It was wonderful seeing our team connect, learn, and grow together. And of course, our RBTs absolutely loved the icebreaker! 💙
