Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that promote the growth and development of children with autism spectrum disorder so that they may

reach their full potential into adolescence. As leading providers of ABA therapy, we pride ourselves on the utilization of evidence-based research and empirical evidence to design individualized ABA treatment plans for each client we serve. Maddie is a huge part of the ALI family and an absolute staple in keeping our operations running smoothly! She’s been with us since we first opened our doors back in 2022, bringing genuine heart, energy, and dedication to our team every single day.

As our Audit Coordinator for both the Centerville and Coldwater locations, Maddie takes care of our note auditing making sure our clinical documentation is thorough, precise, and held to the highest standard for our kids and families.

We couldn't do what we do without her, and we are so grateful to have her on the team!

We're starting a new 'Meet the Team' spotlight to share a look at the people behind our daily care, and first up is one of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Katie!

As an RBT, Katie works directly with our clients on the floor every day, implementing behavior plans, running skill-acquisition programs, and collecting data during sessions. It's hands-on, high-energy work that requires patience, consistency, and a lot of adaptability. We are so happy to have Katie on our team.
