Who else can relate? 🙋‍♀️💚 If your idea of fun involves 20 minutes of Spin, Strength, and Yoga, you’re in the right place. 😉

Can GLP-1s replace exercise? The short answer: no. 👀

GLP-1s and other peptide-based therapies may be part of a broader wellness journey, but movement still matters.

❤️ Cardio supports your heart health and endurance.
💪 Strength training helps support and preserve lean muscle.
🧘 Recovery helps you reset and keep moving.

That’s why SPENGA brings all three together in one session: 20 minutes of Spin. 20 minutes of Strength. 20 minutes of Yoga.

Whatever your wellness journey looks like, keep moving, keep building strength, and keep WERKing. 💚

Always consult your healthcare provider about GLP-1s or other peptide-based therapies.

When your workout gets tough, that’s when you keep pushing. 💪💚
Every rep, every challenge, and every SPENGA session is another opportunity to build strength, challenge yourself, and keep working toward your fitness goals. 🔥

Cardio or strength for fat loss? Why choose? 👀 The real answer: you need BOTH.
🔥 Cardio burns calories and builds endurance.
💪 Strength builds lean muscle and supports a healthy metabolism.
That’s why every SPENGA session gives you the full package: 20 minutes of Spin + 20 minutes of Strength + 20 minutes of Yoga. 💚

Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Just a little too stuck in your own head? 💚

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is move.

Exercise can help reduce stress, boost your mood, and give your mind the reset it’s been craving. And at SPENGA, you get three chances to do exactly that.

20 minutes to ride it out.
20 minutes to feel your strength.
20 minutes to slow down, breathe, and reset.

You may walk in carrying the weight of your day, but you can walk out feeling a little lighter.

That’s the power of Spin, Strength, and Yoga. 💚
