Let's talk botanical infusions!
What are they? Well basically they're like a tincture, made in the traditional extraction liquid (**can be made in an alcohol-free version upon request with advanced notice), but I would call them a little "thicker" in some cases because the process breaks down the plant material very very small which in turn doesn't strain as easily.
Does that mean there's chunks of herbs and stuff in them? Definitely NOT. Once again, just makes some of them have a thicker mouth feel so I'dshake them up before use. They work the same, are extracted the same, and used the same.
Here's my suggestion, start slow and then build as needed. If 5 drops works for you, fantastic! If you need more, that's cool too. Sometimes a loading dose period is appropriate, sometimes it works first time. Just pay attention to what your body tells you and as always check the ingredients label.
