How often do you prioritize your health and welness??

We often put our own needs on the back burner due to, careers, children, and finances.

Whats the biggest thing thats holding you back?? And how do think you could prioritize yourself a little more??

🤕✨ When a migraine has you feeling like you just need to shut the whole world off…

Massage can be a wonderful way to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, scalp, and upper back — areas where stress and muscle tension can build up.

💆‍♀️ Relax. Breathe. Release.

Sometimes your body is asking you to slow down. Give it the reset it deserves. 🌿

I want to start making some short massage videos, but I want to know what YOU guys actually want to see!

Would you want to see:

• Simple techniques you can use on your partner
• Self-massage techniques you can do at home
• Ways to work out those tight neck & shoulders
• Foot or leg massage techniques
• Deep tissue or trigger point work
• Hot stones in action
• Heated bamboo
• Swedish massage techniques
• Or just videos showing the different modalities I offer and what they actually look like?

Drop a comment and tell me what you’d like to see! I’m always looking for ways to give you guys helpful tips you can actually use between appointments.

And if there’s a specific area that’s always giving you trouble, tell me that too!

I have appointments available for tomorrow as well as early morning friday!! Message me to get booked ❤️

A Little Review Goes A LONG Way 💛

If you’ve booked a massage with me, enjoyed your experience, and have a minute to leave a review… please know how much it means to my small business. 🥹✨

When you’re a small business, reviews aren’t just stars on a screen. They help new clients find me, help people feel comfortable booking with someone they’ve never met, and help me continue growing the business I’ve worked so hard to build.

Every booking, share, recommendation, comment, and review truly makes a difference. 🫶

✨ REVIEW GIVEAWAY! ✨
For every honest review you leave on my Google or page, you’ll be entered into a monthly drawing for a $25 credit toward your next massage! 💆‍♀️

No need to leave a 5-star review — I genuinely want to hear about your experience. Your honest feedback helps me continue improving and providing the best experience I can.

Here are a few reviews so far from some of my clients ❤️

Thank you for supporting An Eternal Oasis and allowing me to do what I love. 💛

If I’ve worked with you before, would you take a couple minutes today to leave me a review? It could make a bigger difference than you realize. 🥰

✨ Some of my BEST massage tips for clients after a session! 💆‍♀️🌿

Your massage doesn’t end when you leave the table! What you do afterward can make a big difference in how you feel.

Here are a few things I always recommend:
💧 Drink plenty of water
🧘‍♀️ Take it easy and allow your body to relax
🔥 Avoid intense workouts immediately after your massage
🚿 A warm shower or bath can feel amazing
😴 Give yourself time to rest and recover
💆‍♀️ Pay attention to how your body feels and communicate any concerns at your next session

Your body is doing the work — I’m just helping give it the reset it deserves. 🤍

Save this for after your next massage! ✨
