I will say I disagree… DEFINITELY scrub your dogs and cats water bowls daily or at least every couple days but I do a quick rinse and refresh every morning if not a full cleanse

I treat my animals the way I treat myself.

I don’t use dirty water cups and neither will they.

The aspect is mostly legit but I won’t be leaving any biofilms in my animals water

It’s hard to explain in txt but she’s misunderstanding the microbiome

Not all biofilm is good

Some is good some is bad but we don’t need to be letting it grow in our water bowls which will always be allowing some bad ones to grow bc it’s not inside our body anymore and the terrain is different

Hard 2 explain I ain’t got much time but i definitely will be washing. My animals water bowls and giving them fresh high qual water daily

Gotta use the natural cleaning products tho so u don’t leave layers of poison behind which is ACTUALLY what will F up your animals microbiome

Oh! And F up their kidneys too as mentioned in their post… it’s most likely the poisons responsible for that sweetie. (And kibble) Hehe these need to work with me too

I’ve been on vacation 🏝️ ☀️ 🌊 in case anyone was wondering 😜

I’ve had a great time so far

Vacations can be a part of too!

Especially beach days 👣 getting vitamin D 🌞

Breathing in salt water air & swimming in salt water 💦

Lowering stress levels… having fun & relaxing (kinda lol)

I’ll be back to share more pics & Natural content (one day 🥴) but tryin to just enjoy the vacation 😌 and be present in the moment

I did some last minute Christmas shopping 🎄🎁

I always do my best to shop local (or at least & ) but wanted to remind everyone.

I shout out some places in the video but I’ll try & tag em here too.

has some shops open like (they have crystals, jewelry, clothing, Mary Jane supplies 🤣 etc.)

(looks like they aren’t on Instagram) but I typed in “world famous tee pee” aka: lake George leather outlet & that came up 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤣

They had one more pair of the boots 👢 I got for myself (shown at end of reel) inna smaller size BTW 🤣 it was like size 8 or 9 maybe but lots of other options! I want one of their sexy biker lady leather jackets one day! She showed me one “filled with down” which I think is real feathers 🪶 so I like that & it was super cute. Almost wanna go back cuz 🤣 I have a lot of black leather so it’s my vibe

In they have tons of unique kids toys 🧸 & adult clothing too

Right across from Happy Jacks is the store where I got the to-go-tea-mug 🍵

The store is in Bolton (not sure when/if they’re open but u can check!)

In Glens Falls (near ) there’s the “T shirt factory” 🏭 don’t think they’re on insta but tons of cute small locally owned shops with unique gifts 🎁 & handmade items ( makes knitted hats I hear my mom just bought one as a gift for someone, very cute & well made) 💝

Anyways I prolly forgot some but- shop local!

I also sell orgone (just posted some on my page) message me & if ur not creepy u can stop by my place & I can sell ya some of my organic garden herbs 🍵 for tea too 😜🤣

Unless ur rich & 🤑 can pay people to cook & clean for ya

Even WHEN I’m rich I’ll still prob wanna make my own food I just don’t Trust anyone. I have very specific ways I cook for which I’m working on sharing recipes soon & teaching more- but it takes time to set myself up for my next step

I don’t really “ruin” my clothes cooking but just in case I like to have 2 just so I know one is gonna stay nice for regular wearing idk it’s just how I am 🤣

If pact made an organic version of a cropped sweater hugging the body I’d go for that too 😜 just sayin hahahah

My Christmas 🎄 wish 🤣

I also wish pact will start using the NEW alternative for elastane called (natural rubber from a tree, supposedly better performance than elastane + biodegradable)

And I wish American eagle would consider improving the quality too & ditch the polyester blends cuz once u R done with “recycled” polyester clothing it goes in a landfill & can’t be recycled

I’d pay more for 100% cotton or other natural material - anything else 🤣

Just my opinions 🤷🏻‍♀️ can’t hurt to put it out there

I found some items that were 100% cotton like some bras from Aerie so I bought a few of those so I hope to see more stuff like that in the future

I have a bra from pact that’s organic but I can’t always afford ALL organic + the designs don’t always work with my body type- but once I get my bag 💰 I’ll be doing a LOT more organic, handmade linen, wool, leather, etc.

I do some ⬆️ of that but it’s hard to be perfect

I’d love to see more too

We alll gotta evolve as we can! But I know ya gotta be a business too but if business destroys the planet… 🌎 that ain’t good
