We had a great evening at the Chart House, hearing Laura Gonzalez, APRN, speak about aortic stenosis and trends in TAVR’s. Thank you to Edwards, who is always a huge supporter of VFAPNC.

We also presented three of our members, Janet M. Mayo, Shanikwa Unique, and Tina Ran Carlyle scholarships to attend their conference of choice. We look forward to hearing about their events!

Remember to apply for our scholarships, as that is money that we raised as a Council, FOR our Council members.

Today Nancy Marie & Sam Snowden had the opportunity to attend the Critical Care Symposium representing the Volusia Flagler Advanced Practice Nursing Council. The event brought together healthcare professionals, educators, and industry vendors dedicated to advancing critical care practice through education, innovation, and collaboration.

They both enjoyed representing VFAPNC and connecting with providers who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The symposium offered valuable continuing education opportunities, insightful discussions, and a chance to learn about the latest advancements in critical care.
