Hydration is important both before and after your massage.
Water helps your body function at its best.

Being well hydrated helps your body function normally.
Staying hydrated also helps support the strength and flexibility of the connective tissues, which can reduce strain and help maintain healthy range of motion.

Here is the important part…. You don’t need to chug a huge amount of water immediately before or after your massage.
Just stay consistent in your hydration efforts. No panic drinking.

Let’s face it we all need to drink more water, so just do it already.

PSA: You don’t have to help during a massage treatment unless instructed to do so.
That means, don’t lift your head when I’m trying to massage your neck. Don’t hold your arm up when I’m trying to massage your arm. You are allowed to let go. Let your mind relax and your nervous system do the same.

A little sneak peek into my birthday month. Today is my actual birthday, the 7th.
We spent the day hiking, saw some bunnies, a killer sunset, and making memories. Thank you to everyone who wish me a happy birthday, it has been a great day!
