Our team had an absolute blast celebrating Dress Like Your Boss Day! From recognizable outfits to spot-on mannerisms, the creativity was on full display throughout our clinics.

💙 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀.

This week, we celebrated the retirement of Mr. Jeffrey, who led our cleaning crew. His kindness and friendly smile have been a part of The Orthopedic Clinic for many years.

Whether he was making sure our surgery schedulers got to their cars safely after a late night, locking up the building after one of our CEO's evening meetings, or simply stopping to say hello in the hallway, Mr. Jeffrey always went the extra mile.

He had a way of making people feel seen, and he always remembered everyone's name.

While we'll certainly miss seeing him around the clinic, we're grateful for the care he showed our team and the countless ways he helped make it feel like home.

Congratulations on your retirement, Mr. Jeffrey. Thank you for everything you've done, and we wish you nothing but happiness in this next chapter. You will always be part of The Orthopedic Clinic family. 💙

📞 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁.

Sometimes the interests we have as kids end up shaping the careers we love.

Our Marketing Manager, Hannah, has always enjoyed connecting with people. What started with pretend phone calls has grown into representing The Orthopedic Clinic at community events, speaking to local organizations, and building relationships throughout Volusia and Flagler counties.

We're grateful for the passion, creativity, and dedication she brings to our team and the many connections she helps create within our community.

It's been fun to look back... and even more exciting to see where the journey has led. 💙

This week, members of our leadership team had the opportunity to attend the Women2Women Seminar hosted by the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce.

The discussion centered around leading under pressure and navigating the challenges of leadership with confidence and purpose. It was a great opportunity to learn from local leaders and bring back new ideas that will continue to strengthen our team.

At The Orthopedic Clinic, we're proud to encourage professional growth and community involvement. The more we invest in our people, the better we're able to serve our patients and the communities that have trusted us for more than 60 years.
