Today is , a day to recognize the strength, resilience, and determination of the millions of individuals living with chronic disease.

The date 7/10 serves as a powerful reminder that 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. are caused by chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Raising awareness is an important step toward prevention, early intervention, and better health outcomes.

At our center, we are committed to supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses through personalized, compassionate care that empowers them every step of the way.

Today, we're also asking our team and community to reflect on who inspires them to keep going.

Springfield Crossings was proud to celebrate Home, anew: 250 Voices of Belonging and Community, Celebrating Our Nation’s 250th Year during a special book signing with our residents, families, team members and community.

At Springfield Crossings, it was especially meaningful to gather in celebration of the voices, memories and experiences that make this collection so powerful. Each story is unique, but together, they reflect something bigger: the American story itself, shaped by service, sacrifice, hard work, resilience, family and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the residents, families and team members whose stories helped bring Home, anew to life.

We are proud to celebrate the launch of Home, Anew and especially excited that residents from Springfied Crossings were selected to share their stories as part of this inspiring collection.

Created through the contributions of more than 250 residents, family members, and team members from communities across the Northeast, Home, Anew captures the wisdom, experiences, and perspectives that remind us of the power of storytelling and human connection.

At Springfield Crossings, we believe every resident has a story worth telling. It has been an honor to see members of our community contribute their voices to a project that celebrates resilience, belonging, and the rich experiences that shape who we are.

We are grateful to Marquis Health Consulting Services for helping bring this meaningful initiative to life and for their ongoing partnership in supporting our community and creating opportunities that enrich the lives of our residents.

The Springfield Campus is hosting our Annual Luau Style on Wednesday, May 24th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM!

All are welcome to join us for a tropical afternoon of , Hula Dancers, live music, Kona Ices, the Springfield Fire Department, and more!
