What better way to spend an evening than investing in your relationship?
Every relationship has triggers. Do you know yours? How about your partner's?
A tone of voice. A familiar comment. Feeling unheard, dismissed, criticized—or simply misunderstood.
Before you know it, you’re having the same conversation in the same way, wondering why you keep ending up in the same place. I believe there's a better way.
On Tuesday, September 15, I’m facilitating an intimate, interactive workshop for up to five (5) couples who want to communicate more consciously, navigate triggers with greater awareness, and create more connection—not more conflict.
Drawing from the work of Gary Chapman, The Gottman Institute, Positive Intelligence, and my 30+ years in social work, we’ll explore practical tools to help you:
❤️ Recognize what’s happening beneath your triggers
❤️ Communicate needs without blame or defensiveness
❤️ Better understand how your partner gives and receives love
❤️ Interrupt reactive patterns before they become arguments
❤️ Create greater emotional safety, appreciation, and connection
Think of it as a date night with a purpose—two hours devoted to understanding each other a little better and learning skills you can take home and use long after the evening ends.
A strong relationship isn’t one without conflict. It’s one where two people learn a healthier way to move through it together.
