When temperatures climb into the 90s, staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to protect your health and here's some quick tips to do that:

💧 Drink water consistently throughout the day (even before you feel thirsty).
🥤 Carry a reusable water bottle with you.
🍉 Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, and oranges.
🌳 If you're spending time outside, be sure to take breaks in the shade and try to stay out of the sun during the hottest part of the day.
