👋🏼 We’re back with another Sunday Stretch for our desk sitters. Sitting all day can lead to tight upper traps, stiff neck, and that constant "desk posture" tension! This is your quick reset to release it- simple, effective, and quick! 👇🏼

⭐️ Begin Sitting in an upright position
⭐️ Keep the opposite hand down at your side (or tuck it under your thigh for a deeper stretch)
⭐️ Slowly tilt your head sideways, bringing your ear toward your shoulder
⭐️ Feel the stretch along the opposite side of your neck.

⏱️ Hold 20–30 sec each side

💪🏼Pro tip- Keep your back straight & let your shoulders stay heavy, don't let them creep up!
