a ghostly encounter
‘wake up! we are under siege!!’ a male spirit was yelling at me in the middle of the night while i was sleeping on the boat.
i could see fire and hear guns, yelling, and chaos. a woman with a little boy was screaming for her husband. i could see a battle happening here in the harbor.
i refer to the men as soldiers and am quickly corrected. ‘they (the british redcoats) are soldiers. we are men trying to live our lives.’ the warning male was pleading for my help.
but i offer a different kind of help. i explained that they are no longer with the living, that they no longer have to exist in this loop of chaos. my spiritual team and i calmed them and prepped them for their transition. we guided them back to the light, back to source.
one of my favorite parts of my gifts is helping souls cross over. many beings do not cross because they simply do not know what to do or are afraid of judgement. instead they stay suffering and looping in the same worries and fears they had while they had bodies.
clients connect with me to help birth their loved ones into spirit. i love this part of my work, taking the fear out of death for the living and for those who no longer are connected to a body.
this was our first trip to rock hall, a lovely little town along the chesapeake bay. after a little research, it turns out that there was indeed a battle here in 1814, during the war of 1812. the americans fought the british off but it was not without great loss.
sometimes history reaches right through the veil. it is an honor to work with souls in this way.
with gratitude,
audrey
