an opportunity for a dedicated healing space presented itself Big Deale Business Park at just the right time. after a couple months of hard work and tlc, i am thrilled to announce that my new deale studio is officially ready.

this space feels peaceful, serene, welcoming, and supportive of the deep work that happens within its walls. it allows me to create a more intentional and expansive experiences for you while also bringing balance between my work and home life.

for the summer, i will be expanding my availability in deale as i fully embrace all of the magic that summer on the chesapeake bay offers.

i suspect this is the part where the rich and famous will dial it up and start turning on each other. it is darker and weirder and more deceptive than we have yet to wrap our heads around. to heal it, we must acknowledge it.

let’s cancel celebrity culture. stop celebrating people that literally offer you nothing and in turn steal your energy and resources.

celebrate loving and protecting children. recognize animals as sentient beings. build a connection with your own inner wisdom. you don’t need another human for that.

it is going to get more uncomfortable before it gets better. (that is what healing looks like!) it is going to take time and dedication.

Hello dear ones,



I want to put some feelers out into the field.



A few people have reached out to me asking about Reiki Level 3, and as many of you know, I typically wait until there is an organic request before creating a small, intimate class. I let my Reiki 3 classes form when the timing and the group feel aligned.



The three levels of Reiki form a beautiful, intentional system designed to support your gradual integration and deepening connection with this healing energy. Each level builds upon the last, allowing you time to embody the teachings fully before moving forward. Some people feel called to complete all three levels in back-to-back days, while others choose to wait months or even years between levels.



There is no right or wrong way. This is a deeply personal journey, and I do not believe in gatekeeping anyone’s spiritual path. I encourage you to listen deeply and honor what feels aligned for you. There are no benchmarks or timelines in your Reiki experience. It about your unique process.



Reiki is truly for everyone, and there is no rush or fixed timeline. Trust your own inner guidance and timing to decide when it feels right to step into Level 3. The third level, often called the Master or Teacher level, is where you deepen your ability to channel Reiki energy with greater power and clarity, and includes the ability to attune others. Ultimately, Reiki offers an opportunity not only for your own healing and growth but also to be of meaningful service in the world.
