As a proud ambassador of the Women Official Network Foundation, I was proud support Mothering Justice and the advocacy they do in support of maternal health and reproductive justice.

The "In Her Honor: Detroit Public Exhibiton" honored women who've met their untimely demise during childbirth through art. While the paintings were beautiful, the reasons for them is something I pray no family or child has to experience.

Continue to support this organization as they fight for child care, economic justice, and health care equity for families.

If you haven't noticed every key domain of Social Determinants of Health is on the ballot.

Why??? Because access to quality transportation, education, healthcare and clean air/water is becoming scarce, especially if you are in the middle class or lower.

If you vote against candidates and policies who seek to strengthen these areas- ask yourself if you value money over the wellbeing of people.🤷🏽‍♀️

It's literally holistic health and wellbeing vs capitalism. When you frame it for what it really is- the choice is clear.

Vote wise today good people, our livelihood depends on it.

It's Male Mental Health Awareness Month!💙

Sometimes support doesn’t start with a therapist’s office, punishments or prohibitions. It starts with being fully present, seeking to understand and meeting basic needs!

Young males want support, we just haven't been speaking their language.
