Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays | 1–2/month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

We’re looking for a PA or NP who is:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan

⚠️ Air Quality Advisory for Our Patients

Due to poor air quality caused by wildfire smoke, Detroit and surrounding communities are currently experiencing unhealthy to hazardous air conditions. Local officials have issued air quality alerts and are advising residents to limit outdoor exposure until conditions improve.

We recommend:

🏠 Stay indoors as much as possible and keep windows and doors closed.

😷 If you must be outdoors, consider wearing a well-fitting N95 or KN95 mask, especially during prolonged exposure.
💨 Avoid strenuous outdoor activities, including exercise.
🫁 Individuals with asthma, COPD, heart disease, children, older adults, and pregnant individuals should take extra precautions, as they are at higher risk for smoke-related health effects.

Seek medical attention if you experience:
Difficulty breathing
Persistent coughing or wheezing
Chest pain
Severe shortness of breath
Dizziness or worsening of a chronic heart or lung condition
