I discovered my gifts of healing when I embarked on my own healing journey in ayurvedic medicine many years ago. I let go of all I "knew " about health & healing from the western perspective & fully embraced the eastern traditions of wellness. Aligning my physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health. I broke out of my comfort zone. I stopped compartmentalizing my life. It's all connected. After that I studied & honed my skills. I continue to seek, learn & teach for the greater good. My gifts benefit my tribe because for thirty years I have poured my passion for healing into a profession where I teach others how to heal... fully! The power is within each of us. I am a guide. Each of you provides your healing & self care. My tribe heals me too as I share knowledge & we all grow. We gain wisdom & increase our vibrations.
