June is Men's Health Month—a time to raise awareness about the importance of both physical and mental well-being.

Too often, men are encouraged to "tough it out" when facing stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness—it's a step toward strength, resilience and healing.

This month, we encourage men to prioritize their health, check in with themselves and others and know that help is available. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
